Brief About the Artist

Hello! I'm Karli, and I'm an artist originally from South Florida. I earned my BFA in drawing from the University of Florida in 2013, then studied abroad to earn my MSc in Medical Art at the University of Dundee in 2019. Inspired by fantastical stories with mysterious lore, my work combines my interests in unique characters, the human form, mythology, and magic.

You can learn more about me here.

Fun Facts:

  • I used to despise making digital art, but now, it is my go-to art medium.

  • I love animals and grew up with a small farm, including goats, chickens, ducks, and other critters.

  • Like many people, I live with chronic back pain, and the experience on managing it has inspired a few of my anatomy artworks.
