Overview

A vintage-inspired illustration of the head and neck muscles underneath the skin (made for the #sciartink Inktober 2019 challenge, day 17). This is another piece relating to the idea of wearing and removing the protective mask you present to the world.

With a simple black and white color scheme on tan toned paper, this piece brings a mix of eclectic and vintage vibes to any space. Measuring 9 x 12 inches on paper, it would work great in any frame starting at an 11 x 14 inch size. You can lean into a minimalist theme with a simple black frame, or take it more into an eclectic or dark academia direction with an ornate wooden frame.
