PURCHASING

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website alongside the corresponding product. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Individual product pricing and sales tax information is available on the payments page when you check out.

Charges from product/service fees should appear on your payment method within a few days. We will not ship products if a payment has not been received, or if billing information is deemed incorrect after processing, so please be sure to keep your billing information updated and accurate.

SHIPPING

For Prints:

Any printed products, including art prints, canvas prints, metal prints, etc. are produced and shipped via a print - on - demand fulfillment company called order - a - print. As such, prints adhere to their shipping and returns policies, which can be found on their FAQ page here.

Prints are available internationally, depending on the capabilities of order - a - print for your location. You can also learn more about this through their FAQ page here.

For original artwork:

We provide free shipping for original artwork within the United States.

Currently, shipping for original artwork is only available within the United States. Shipping outside the US is, however, available for prints.

Please allow up to 14 business days for shipping. Shipping normally takes no longer than 5 - 7 business days, but we recommend allowing14 days before becoming concerned.

For original artwork and commissions, we provide you with the package tracking number for peace of mind (be sure to provide us with a relevant email address, otherwise we will not be able to provide you with a tracking number).

RETURNS

For Prints:

For original artwork:

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:

(i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased. Currently, this means returns for original artwork are only available within the United States;

(ii) Any framed artwork may come in upcycled frames, which often have scuffs and scratches. In addition to being better for the planet, we believe this adds to the vintage and dark academia aesthetics that work well with the artwork. This is made clear on the product information pages as well, and for this reason, refunds are not available for framed pieces.

(iii) If a product arrives damaged, we cannot take responsibility for negligence in transit, but contact us at kpmogen5@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct the situation.
